Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in: Arrive after the designated time and enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • Before check-in information is shared, the rental agreement must be completed and signed after booking confirmation.

Property Access

  • This unit is located in Building 3 on the 5th floor.
  • All buildings feature elevators. Units are wheelchair accessible.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are at the bottom of the hill. The trolley is available for a fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • Family groups only. Misrepresentation may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • No house parties allowed.
  • Deposits may be refunded, rentals refused, or occupancy discontinued if tenants are deemed detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
  • No pets allowed (Resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo or residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is not allowed. Alternative arrangements can be made through property management.
  • Premises to be used only for residential purposes. No animals allowed.
  • Tenants must comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises.
  • No acts may be done which increase insurance rates or cause policy cancellation on the premises.

Fees and Payments

  • $250 security deposit is temporarily held on your credit card.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
  • Reservations do not include expenses such as transportation, tips, meals, insurance, telephone calls, or other items of a personal nature.

Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy

  • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival for a full refund.
  • Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: entire rental fee is forfeited.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Online cancellations not permitted.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this case, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company is not liable for other costs incurred.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay from fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather, or other events beyond their control.

  • Free parking is provided for each unit.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is not allowed. Alternative arrangements can be made through property management.

  • Use of swimming pool or other facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to your property is your responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property of both landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods.
  • Tenant agrees to hold landlord harmless and indemnify landlord against such risks.
